- Asset reconciliation including clearing and distribution accounts
- Design and implementation of customized processing flows
- Completing annual discrimination testing such as Top Heavy, ADP & ACP testing
- Experience in coordinating efforts between the Participant Service Centers (phone group) and Operations groups
- Extensive compliance training on ERISA and IRS code
- Implementation and organizational redesign including developing a functionalized structure.
